I enjoyed working on a course called Understanding and Applying Emotional Intelligence for staff at University of Maryland Global Campus. I participated in lesson scripting, video scripting, storyboarding, courseware development, review cycles with SMEs, revisions based on feedback, course piloting, analysis of pilot feedback, compiling a report/offering recommendations, further revisions, etc.

Performance and Conduct Management for Laboratory Supervisors

For C² Technologies/CDC, I worked on a course called Performance and Conduct Management for Laboratory Supervisors. I likewise participated in all phases of the course build. I enjoyed writing original scenarios for this course and working with SMEs, developers, department leadership, and stakeholders to complete the project.
