University of Houston – Clear Lake
At University of Houston-Clear Lake, I worked with SMEs very regularly. The SMEs at a university are the professors. I had regular communication with SMEs in video conference meetings, via email, occasional phone conversations, and in professional development sessions. These are some videos I made for SMEs at UHCL, helping them with a problem or issue they had in the learning management system (Blackboard) or overall course design.
CDC / OLSS
I work with SMEs at C2 / CDC also. My communication with SMEs is in various modes: email, status meetings, collaborative documents, etc. Often it is by addressing their feedback on lesson scripts, storyboards, developed courses, etc. The images below are screenshots of my communication with some SMEs on Word docs (comments).
