Understanding and Applying Emotional Intelligence
This set of pre- and post-test questions was developed for the WBT course Understanding and Applying Emotional Intelligence. Each question aligns with a specific learning objective and is designed to measure learners’ knowledge before and after completing the course. The questions are carefully structured to reflect what learners could reasonably be expected to know prior to instruction and what they should be able to demonstrate afterward.
